Sure Response Support Package
Sure Response is the middle package from our support range. It allows companies to pay a monthly set fee and use a mutually agreed number of incident calls. Our aim with the Sure Response package is to provide an agreement which is ideal for companies that do not want to fully outsource all of their IT management and are comfortable performing some of the functions of the Totally Sure package themselves.

Sure Defence is the entry level package from our support range. It allows companies to pay a monthly set fee and have a set of agreed health checks carried out. With a preferential rate on any work hours required outside of the Sure Defence agreement.
